I'm not sure I understand Rupp. When I installed the camera, I got a domain name from no-ip.org. It's free and I was able to set the router up to where I could access the camera from anywhere. I have an Asus RT-66AC router and I did have to enter the no-ip.org name into the router. It was a major big deal to set the camera up.

We cannot access the WebGUI at all (only when router is in rescue mode and we manually assign the IP address in the IPv4 protocol but as stated above the firmware resets didnt help).

Vodafone vdsl2 Wifi and Internet fine but Lan Port This was very strange as I have used a Vodafone supplied router with 4 lan ports all working, and ASUS RT 66AC will 4 lan ports all working, and a BT Home Hub (can't remember which version) where the LAN worked even though the WAN didn't due to the vlan requirement.
