I bought an Airport Extreme and Airport Express. The Extreme is used to share the Internet connection, and the Express is for bridging the connection to an ethernet port on my old G4, as it's very hard to find the original airport card for under $120. Phillips HUE bulbs get their signal from the the bridge it comes with. This bridge must be hooked up via Ethernet to the WAN port on the Extreme. I've set up the Extreme to "join a network" over wi-fi using the Overdrive's info, but it doesn't seem to work. I've also tried "extending the network", which doesn't do anything either. I originally had the express first so when I brought the extreme home it was the remote node while the express had the "internet" connection.
